Private Breathwork Journeys
Private sessions are the heart of Wavekind—an intimate space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Sessions are trauma-informed, meaning that we go at the pace of your nervous system. No pressure, no performance, just breath and presence. Sessions take place in-person in Belgravia/Chelsea or East London, or online.

Wavekind Breathwork (1.5 - 2 hours)
Our signature journey. A powerful, therapeutic practice blending meditation, somatic practices, conscious connected (circular) breath, and contemplative exercises to access expanded states of awareness where root causes can be addressed.

Clients begin with a 2 hour initial session and a bundle of follow-up 1.5 hour sessions, depending on their situation and needs.

Restorative Breathwork (1 hour)
A guided breath awareness session to regulate your nervous system, unwind tension, and restore clarity. Learn applicable, every-day techniques for nervous system health.
- Remedy the symptoms of anxiety and stress.
- Strengthen breath awareness.
- Ideal for sleep issues, overwhelm, or post-burnout recovery.
Clients begin with a 1.5 hour initial assessment, and then a bundle of 1 hour follow up sessions, depending on exact situations and needs.

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! I work with clients all over the world via Zoom in a 1:1 capacity. Occasionally, I offer online group classes. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and an open mind. Please contact us to arrange an online session.
Where do in-person 1:1 sessions take place?
Sessions can take place in your home/space or at one of the following therapeutic spaces which I am affiliated with:

What can I expect in a 1:1 session?
Before the session, you’ll fill out a detailed intake form. During the session, I’ll invite you to share with me anything you wish to about your background, current situation and goals so that I can best support you. With this information, I’ll design a unique breathwork journey personalised to you, with somatic exercises and scientifically validated breathing techniques that you can do everyday.
The main part of the session will be a guided conscious connected breathwork journey where we use your breath to safely transport you to altered states of consciousness where tension can be released, insights can be garnered, and the nervous system can begin to reset.
At the end, we will integrate your experience: through discussion, art therapy, meditation, or another modality that suits you.
Clients who work with me on a regular basis can expect therapeutic outcomes as we begin to process past experiences and set new goals from an aligned place. It’s not just “mind over matter” but your whole body and mind coming into agreement and clarity. This is where true healing begins.
What is the price of your sessions?
In London, workshops cost £40 per person (£33 supported ticket). The cost of workshops in other cities will vary according to context.
Please enquire for costs associated with 1:1 private sessions.
In order to make breathwork more accessible, I am able to offer a number of supported spots upon request.

How can I prepare for a breathwork session?
Once you’ve filled out the intake form, there is nothing else to prepare, but there are some things you can do to ensure you have a super experience.
- Come on an empty or light stomach (have your last main meal 2 hours before the session).
- Be well hydrated before the session.
- Come with no expectations other than to be open to the experience of breathing.
Is breathwork suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! If you can breathe, then this is for you! In fact, many who find meditation difficult are surprised by how they are able to breathe to states of tranquility. I’ll guide you gently at your own pace.
